My mild dissociation

I am dissociating a little bit.

I know that I am real, but complex academia and electronics doesn't feel real.

Do you have some support while you are feeling like this? Someone to talk to?

I think it’s important to stay in touch with humans or animals if you can. Maybe you can focus on eating and sleeping, too.

It might also help to go outside and be among trees and fresh air. Walking or staying physically active somehow may help as well.

A suggestion I read that was worthless to me
was to hold an ice cube in my hands.

All that did for me was make my hand wet and
cold while I still felt weirdly disconnected.

To manage feelings of excessive diffusiveness,
I need to focus on what I am doing.

That's why I carry paper and pen with me when
I am out taking a walk. Also, now that the road
is clear of snow, I can read a book while I am
walking.

Yes, of course
