My Introduction

Shonda

Active Member
Hello! My name is Shonda, and I am neurotypical. I did a lot of occupational therapy work with children who were on the spectrum, and years later, wound up dating a man with Apergers. Though I am not on the spectrum myself, autism has been a large part of my life and I my reasons for joining this forum are to attempt to improve my communication with those on the spectrum and understand it better. Maybe I could offer my insight as an NT as well. I've wanted to join a site like this for a long time, and I am looking forward to getting started and meeting some of you :).
