Move Email on Laptop to Text on iPhone

I purchased a clothes dryer last year and added Product Protection Plan to it. It is less than 3 weeks past a year ago that I bought it (which would put it in under the regular warranty.)

It stopped working today. I have already checked that it is plugged in and have checked and reset the circuit breaker.

I bought it from Home Depot.

The required procedure to get it covered it to TEXT the receipt to 202202. The email that shows the purchase is on my laptop. I can make a pdf out of it, but I don't know how to get it from the laptop to the phone so I can text. The laptop does not text (to my knowledge)

In theory, I should be able to get the email receipt off the iphone. BUT when I try to access it, the iphone will only show me emails a year back. So I can't get to the pertinent email.

Question:

How do I get an email or pdf from my laptop running Windows 11 to my iphone SE?

OR

How do I get my iphone SE to show me older emails so I can find the email receipt?

This is so frustrating and takes up so much of my time. Apparently I cannot just call and talk to someone. Every avenue I try sends me back to texting in the receipt.

If anyone could help, I would be so appreciative!

Thank you! 🌈

Pull up the email receipt on your laptop and take a picture of it with your phone. In theory you should be able to text them that picture.

Also, if you're using a gmail account you should be able to open the email on your phone, there's normally a set of google apps and one of them is for gmail.

I know I can access my email on my iphone. BUT when I go to search for this email from 12/23, it won't go back that far. I had no idea the search was limited in that way.
