An incredibly hard-won victory against Canada's women's team in an overtime shootout.

Yeah, what are the chances of that? :rage::poutingcat::screamcat::D

Apparently one in every twenty years. o_O

Sounds about right given how the same nations routinely dominate Olympic Hockey. Yeah, it's a big deal for any "outsider" to challenge such dominance.

Though in seeing both teams play twice in so many days, I want to say that I've never seen two teams that appear so evenly matched. It's no secret Canada could have just as easily won under the circumstances. They were outstanding in their own right.

I've never enjoyed seeing any NHL game as much as this. Definitely one I'd never bet on!
