Migraines

Seems my auto-immune didn't show up as I was on glutton-free but reason my vitamin mix is more intense than just magnesium was celiac,
Came back to see how you are and just wanted to say vitamin b is necessary so is manganese but since celiac and need to look into celiac need vitamin a for the eyes.

I'm confused as to why probiotics wear off, but yoghurt or sauerkraut bodies don't. Is this a gimmick that we must pay x every time and continue taking probiotics all time at that cost?

The only time a healthy person needs probiotics is after taking a round of antibiotics. Your gut is fine the way it is.

But probiotic stops working after 3 weeks taking them, so if organisms not hardy enough....what point and should regulate the prices.
Not sure even that effective for IBS....I'm now using sauerkraut to test. Tried s. boulardii what a money spinner.
No thNks

If probiotics stop working after 3 weeks, they didn't belong there to begin with. Your body naturally populates your gut biome with what it needs. It is possible to have an overpopulation of particular bacteria but a probiotic isn't going to help that. It could be an intestinal infection that either mimics IBS or makes IBS worse. Treatment for that is typically to kill everything off and then start repopulating the gut from scratch.
