We had a snow event yesterday evening and overnight so I have spent the morning shoveling out seniors and disabled folks. 6.5 hours so far and I still have 20 homes to go. I'm sore.

Checked out a repoed house for sale by a bank. I bought it and only needs a couple minor repairs, drywall repair and paint in one spot in the master bedroom. I sign paperwork on it on Monday. It will sell quick to the right people

Worked at the library. Absolutely love this job and I’m thriving here.

Finished the "Impact Printer" skin for my new blogging platform. One of my photo blogs features images from my kids instant printer camera. It prints crappy images on thermal paper. I love it.

Tomorrow, we get the final results to be forwarded and possibly get them on the transplant registry. I've been waiting forever to get to this point.

Signed the paperwork on that house for sale and going to make a good profit reselling it. The handyman I have fix the minor stuff has fixed the hole in the drywall in the master bedroom. Coming back to primer and paint that spot tomorrow. Looks like I have a buyer already, one is a single dad of 2 and gave him a business card of the real estate agent that sells them for me. Loves the house and has what he is looking for and his two kids like it too. Said he has the money
