I used some AI chat to write a story about three men who supposedly hunted people down like animals and I was their next victim but they didn’t know that I was a demon and so I caused them to be put into a mental institution and stuffed full of pills all while I taunted them in the form of a tiny sparrow and causing them to hear bird related songs. It turned out to be hilarious with how insane they became by the end of the story. My favorite part was making Free Bird an ironic song for them and the 12 Days of Christmas being played the entire month of December. I even had them attack a police officer thinking he was me and they got tased by the cop.

Managed to do a bit of spring cleaning for people to come and work on new windows this week. Would do more but don’t want to make it into a huge mess beforehand. At least I got all my laundry done, enjoy having clean clothes and bed stuff on the same evening every week…keep to a strict schedule for the benefit of other family members so paradoxically also a stresser when they seem to conveniently “forget”.

I picked out the flooring (pavers) I want for my new greenhouse online. Today I want to go to Home Depot so I can see it in person but it is raining cats and dogs here this morning. I hate driving in the rain these days.

A greenhouse? Wow...imagining all that fresh food and spices y'all will be eating.

Driving my S.O. crazy by playing the same very short four finger progressions over and over and over again on the harp.

My dog is listening...

Just got my first purchase from Wayfair that was delivered an hour ago. A new chair for my computer workstation. Easy to assemble and quite impressive in quality. (I've had two other chairs like this, but they were nowhere near as good as this). All for $122. And as a bonus it arrived a day early !

Workstation.webp

Wrote another AI story of the same three guys that hunted people down like animals and had them be tortured by bird related stuff and this time I added singing and dancing birds to the mix. My favorite part that came up was when I made tiny baby chicks form a chorus line and they all had tiny top hats and canes and started singing show tunes such as One from A Chorus Line and Puttin’ on the Ritz. Then I had three ducks dressed exactly like TLC singing What About Your Friends and a swan singing Fiona Apple’s Criminal as it re-enacted the music video.

It's only 10 X 12 feet but I can grow a lot of food in that small space. I grow different things outside in winter than the things I can grow in summer. Winter means lettuces, turnip greens, mustard greens, collard greens, kale, cabbage, broccoli, radishes, etc. Summer means corn, okra, tomatoes, squash, peppers, green beans and field peas like black-eyed peas and purple hull peas. I'm excited to see if I can use the greenhouse to grow lemons, limes, cherry tomatoes, jalapenos, etc. here in winter. Without a greenhouse, we have to move the Meyer lemon tree and Persian lime tree into the garage so the cold won't kill them.

I envisioned and researched the elements of a good work-from-home setup.

Maybe a high quality and easy to set up chair from Wayfair is a good option (@Judge).

Good point. In my case it's kind of a compromise. The seat doesn't give much, but the contour of the back of the chair is what matters most in my case, with lumbar support for my back. Also that it allows a bit higher seat height which is crucial (ergonomically speaking) given my workstation sits no lower than 30 inches. A measurement that was advertised by Wayfair that for me was important. My previous office chair was comfortable, but not high enough to the surface of my desktop. Bad ergonomics for my arms and wrists.

My butt may be frowning, but my back is giving me a sloppy kiss. Go figure...

Though in this case I think I just got lucky. I'm quite familiar with this particular chair design, having had two others like it visually, but differently engineered and less in quality. Even on Wayfair, you can come across a few chairs of the same style, yet somewhat different.

Maybe three times was the charm. One thing I really like about Wayfair is the variety of products. Though it also means having to look at a lot of furniture and not quickly settle for the first thing you find that appeals to you. Free shipping included doesn't hurt either, especially when it comes to furniture.
