l Confess☺

Guess l wanted to do this post to encourage other people to say what's on their mind, and stand up for yourself. Maybe a year ago, l would fret too much to say something. Or l would internalize and blame myself somehow. I ruminated some over the decision but then l realized l felt better after saying something instead of just holding it in.

One of the worst bullies I ever met was a female cop who pulled me over on a surface street in Burbank. Held me and the 14-year-old kid I was giving a lift home on my motorcycle up against the wall at gunpoint for maybe 10 minutes until another cruiser showed up. Every time I asked her what was wrong all I got was a stream of obscenities that summed up to shut the blank up. Needless to say, I didn't talk back to her.

I have a strong sympathy for the BLM movement. One twitch and I might be dead.

This job has been a lot of drama. This job pays well in tips, and staff will mess with you to get their friends back on schedule but l just need to mind my business.
