Keeping things tidy

Calvert

'Bout Ye?
Any Aspies like keeping things tidy? For example: making sure things are in a certain position, or in a certain order, or kept out of sight when not in use.

Plenty of times I have looked at my room and thought to myself "Flip! This place is such a tip". Our kitchen looks like a bomb site. So much mess everywhere.   :D

I tend to like keeping things tidy and in position or whatever.

Yes but no. Id like to keep things tidy but i dont. Instead i like an organised mess. I NEED to know exactly where everything is and everything is meant to be where it is. I cant just put stuff anywhere it needs to be in a certain spot. Even if its a mess.

Nope, I'd find that I'm actually quite lazy to do it but I prefer to have my items in the same place where I would always be able to find it.

I fail at organization. I'm a lot like superboyian in the way that I keep things. I find that cleaning things up or attempting to organize only results in me losing everything.

I used to be. But I have gotten lazier. I want to be like that so I have started to clean my apartment. Kitchen looks better than ever. My tables in my room are messy because there is so much stuff on them. I`m planning to clean them soon. I like tidiness but I`m lazy to keep my rooms tidy. But I`m going to change that! Gonna change my lifestyle a bit.

My room is a mess but I know where everything is. It drives me mad when my Mum tidies my room.

I spent like 3 hours last week cleaning my room and now it's soooo tidy I'm scared to let it go back to how it was, and it irritates me when I leave a piece of rubbish on the desk for more than 20 minutes or so.
TBH though it's mainly because of this argument I had with my Mum.

Hmm... what's everyone like with putting rubbish in bins then? My bin is always overflowing with stuff.

I've also noticed that i'm starting to collect cans of Coke and bottles. There's like a row of them on my desk, think i'm going to see how much I can gather up.

I did have the top of my computer tower full of cans but then my dad binned them.
