I’m about 50 miles from either coast.

At Travers Dam Provincial Park last night. Sorry for posting a day late again. We are boondocking and I was rationing power until solar came back. Windy and stormy yesterday, no paddling.
Does anyone know what this is????

Is it a water purifier?
