Hello M5S - I am new to this forum too - I have just realised that I have AS after years of wondering why I am such a strange person to most people - it is so good to meet others who share my feelings - we are different - I love knowing I am an Aspie - do you feel the same?
 
I totally agree with DeltaVee. Knowing your different isn't actually a bad thing. I don't know if others would feel the same, but despite the fact I absolutely hate AS sometimes, I don't think I would ever get rid of it if I had the chance.
