Hi everyone

My name is Jo. I'm frmale living in Ireland. I'm turning 30 this year and I've just been diagnosed with Aspergers. After struggling with depression and anxiety for many years and receiving treatment for those, this diagnosis is a total shock to me but yet makes so much sense.
Delighted to have this resource and looking forward to getting to know everyone more.

Thanks, J

Hi there =) I'm almost 31, I was diagnosed at 28 after therapy for social anxiety and meds and all that jazz. I also go through cyclic depression, but it is not severe. Welcome to the forums. I love that you're from Ireland. I used to compete in Irish dance and my dream was to compete in Ireland! =)
