theres tons and tons and tons of support worker jobs going in autism services all over the UK-they have a high turn over rate as the pay is crap for what they do and it takes a special kind of person to put their love of a job before basic pay for things like rent and so on.

some of my most favourite support staff have been autistic so i would say to anyone who wants a job and who can handle interacting to think about working as a support worker as these companies are usually always willing to take autistic staff on more providing they have the care and love for supporting other people.
