hi everyone im 38 and have autisum and many mental health issues ,i have spent most of my childhood locked up becouse people did not understand what autisum was,i spent many years at west park hospital epsom,i was allways the backwords one ,its hard for me to trust and talk,
so i found a video to help exsplain
