ISP Hacked For DNS Poisoning... Customers Pwned

A hacker hacked an ISP and it's customers got pawned. If you use ISP dns it's a good idea to change it. I personally use quad 9, 9.9.9.9.
You can search for quad 9 for instructions how to setup your dns on your device.
You can see if your computer or browser is setup to use quad9. Cloudflare is another alternative but it filters sites so I stick with quad 9. I don't trust google with my dns so I don't trust it.

I use PiHole to redirect my DNS and any queries it can't handle go to the more secure version of CloudFlare. I hope that keeps me safe against this sort of thing. It also blocks most Ads and rubbish so my web browsing stays quite uninterrupted by irritating auto play videos and GIFs.
