Is Asperger's diagnosed in other cultures (non-English-speaking...etc)

Are Aspies present in places like China, Korea or the middle east? How do those cultures deal with people on the spectrum? Do they lock them away or simply kil them?l

Yes, it is diagnosed in non-English speaking countries (Asperger himself was not English speaking). I was actually considering getting diagnosed in Singapore when visiting as I think it might be easier there than here (Edit: I guess you might not count Singapore as most are English speaking anyway, but my impression is that it's mostly the Christian Chinese seeking diagnosis).
Or did you mean in third world countries? There, they are most likely treated the same as quirky people in the West were before diagnosis became 'the thing'.
