Attwood & Garnett Events
Attendees will learn the importance of interoception (the ability to sense bodily sensations) in helping autistic people self-regulate, enhance their ‘sense’ of self, and deepen connections with others. We draw on the latest research, clinical experience, and lived experience to explore the potential benefits of increasing interoceptive awareness and accuracy through mindfulness for autistic people. Participants will learn how to adapt practices to suit a neurodivergent mind.
