I'm done with social services now...forever!

Social services are nearly always worse then useless mate.

I'm getting a new care company next week because they decided last week that the current company who get me up most mornings were too expensive! I wouldn't mind but the socials knew they were one of the more expensive companies when they were sent to me last October!

We had a meeting with someone from the new company last week, and I still don't know WHO they are?!

@Paul Lee Sorry you had to go through all of this. Social services are useless in the states as well. I am over the tokenism of the whole affair. I am also over the incompetence of services like Vocational Rehabilitation and broken promises of assistance. In this world, you really do have to pick yourself up by your own boot straps and make your own way. The government doesn't care about you but doesn't have the cojones to admit it. They pretend to care and I grow weary of the farce.
