I'm really sorry I've been inactive for so long. Life is getting in the way.

Still, I can't believe it's already 2020. I've paid so little attention to the passage of time that I don't feel like anything's changed. System clock still reads 2019 as the current year.

And while I have a birthday coming in February, I still won't feel like anything's changed except for my age. It feels like time had stopped moving forward yet my footsteps on the ground still carry me forward.

We still have our PS4 and all our games...
I got a TV for my room on Christmas, yet, it still feels like I don't have one, despite the glow of the main menu of my FireCore SEGA Genesis emulator console lighting my room while I sleep at night, Golden Axe 3 demo screen and all.

So why do I feel this way? It doesn't make me sad, nor does it make me feel happy. I've missed out on so many things and yet I feel as if nothing has happened at all.

My candles still provide the same kind of energy.
My gemstones still stay charged.
My new amethyst crystal still waits to be programmed.

My Tamagotchi I got for good behavior is still dead.

Does anyone else feel like this? I can"t be the only one.

Yeah, the inner self I call ME never changes.
I never feel time. Just the things around me change which can cause changes in emotions.
