If you could change your name, what would it be?

Mary Terry is not my real name. I was named for four living people but I have always been called a name that is not my given name. It has been trouble all my life. I wish my parents had simply added the name they always called me to the name they bestowed on me at birth. They did the same thing to my little brother. If I could change my name, I'd just add the name I've always been called, to my name given at birth.

I didn't like my name in the childhood, probably because I heard it from the lips of my abusive parents. But now I love it. Anna is a strong, short, beautiful female name. And I like that it's a palindrome!
If I had to change it I would go with something like Morrigan, Morgana, Desdemona and that type of thing, with gothic witch-y vibes.

heh, Morgana is the name of the Cat creature from persona 5. Desdemona sounds beautiful but I think people would give you the nickname Desmond, Des or Mona unfortunately :C.
