If two people are adults and both want to have sex as long as protection is used then I think it's okay. As a teen my Mum I used to ask me to wash her back in the bath. Then when I was 22 I went to visit her and she was naked. I was an adult.

I don’t fully understand, but it is very important to maintain healthy boundaries with family members. Consent for sex is important, but there are other factors that can still make it problematic. Please consider getting some help to figure this out.
