I need to shop for a psychologist...

I no longer trust my support team except for my parents and I need a way to directly put my mother and father directly in touch with psychologist to test me forgetting assistance in collage... If I can get that I have hit a dead end as my support teams refuses to help!

Look up neuropsychologists at area behavioral health group practices. This is the kind of psychologist who does the testing to see where our cognitive & attention-related strengths and deficits are.

In college, academic help is provided by tutors through the college's disability center, not your usual support team.
