I have some edema going on currently.

Too much low calorie Gatorade, I think.

Too much Xbox, I think.

Too much weight in my belly, I think.

It looks ugly but I don't feel much discomfort with the edema in my ankles.

The nurse told me to elevate my feet, get more motion in, drink more plain tap water, consume less salt, monitor the situation.
 
I don't know if duct taping two LARGE juice cans together
end to end, to roll underfoot while you're seated is specifically
useful for edema, but it is motion, and does exercise the
thigh muscles.

And doesn't cost anything like what those little pedal machines
I see on television do. It's not a violent or difficult movement.
