I feel people connect with the norm are NT like

Chilly Willy The Penguin
I feel for many of those who can connect with the norm are NT like. Example, those into sports, reality TV, various trends, etc. It seems society is design that way and those who can't connect might be out of luck. For myself, I find life is more interesting doing non common things. Even though it might be lonely, I consider myself original.

I did also learned even if I find someone into my kind of interest, this does not mean things will work out. I learned this many times from experience. Because I'm not into the norm gives me fewer options to connect with people.

Their was one point I tried to connect with the norm but I learned it didn't work for me. There many others who struggle might seek the same. I find going this path might change your character and make you into a person you are really not. However, if all that matters to you just to connect with someone, then all the power to you.

Though I'm not concern anymore connecting with people as I did wrote a post of me living as a hermit. So this non NT norm penguin seek other things for enjoy himself as the norm don't interest him.

Social conformity.

It does make me wonder at times how many people fall in line with society's most prominent institutions not because they want to, but rather because they are expected or demanded to.

The kind of peer pressure everyone may feel, but seldom discuss. Hmmmm.

I don't like the word 'institute'. It makes me feel like I'm in a prison or something similar that's unhumane.
