Very interesting video which explains how you can actually use body positioning to over come things like feeling powerless, lacking self-confidence etc. It turns out that you can not only fake it until you make it but actually fake it until you become it. Check it out.

Hope you don't mind a response on this.
Watched this back in October when an article about this in The New York Times intrigued me.
Certainly worth a couple minutes of time, if it works.

Amy Cuddy's story in The New York Times is an interesting one. From what I remember there was controversy because the results couldn't be duplicated. I was left with the sense that other scientists didn't want to see her succeed.

Oh that's interesting. I'm taking the Emotional Intelligence course by Aspergers from the Inside (Paul M.) and he attached the video to one of his course assignments. Thanks for the link , I'll check it out.

Read the article. Wow, researchers can be vicious with each other. Well, I really appreciate the link. I might just try what she suggests and see if it seems to work. Have to wait for the appropriate occasion though. :)

Reminds me of the Dog Whisperer.
Changing the posture of the dog to change
the dog's attitude.
