How tall is 5'5" in Centimetres?

Trying to work out what size Taekwondo suit to buy on Amazon, they do 170 cm and 180 cm, I know feet and inches height wise, and size wise I'm 5'5, 209 lbs, so which size would be the best fit? 170 cm or 180 cm?

I need a quick response to this please as I need to order the suit for delivery ideally by Saturday morning this week.
 
170 centimeters = 66.929 inches which is equal to: '5.58" five feet and 6 inches.
180 centimeters = 70.866 inches which is equal to: '5.90" five feet and 9 inches.

I would pick the larger size dobok as they tend on being a little narrow, then cut and hem the longer legs and sleeves.

Thanks Mia, I'd rather go to a shop for one where I could try it on before buying, as sending online purchases back if they're no good is a pain in the ass, but they don't have what I need at Decathlon in Town, and we can't find the MA supplies shop in Southey Green.
 
When you fit the dobok, the trouser length should look like this, as well as the sleeves. Longer than people usually wear:

That's not correct, since the English Imperial system is not based in 10s, like the superior metric system. 12 inches is one foot, so 5.9 feet is not equivalent to 5' 9"/
