How Long to be able to Edit/Delete a Post?

I read somewhere there is a time limit on how long you have to delete or edit a post. I cannot find that in the guidlines. Does anyone know where it is? THanks!
 
Usually you can edit immediately, something must have changed in the board software because at the moment there is no Edit capabilities.
 
I have the option to edit posts I made several days ago, so I don't think there is a time limit. I don't think there is a possibility to delete a post, but I guess you could just edit everything out of a post to leave it blank.

Edit: sorry, I was incorrect. Deleting a post altogether is possible as well. I just noticed the link beside the Edit link.
