Hiya, I?m new at this forum

My name is Adam and I got diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, ADHD and nervous tics almost two years ago.
I am currently 43 years old, so it?s not an overstatement to say that my awakening came a little bit late.
As I was also diagnosed with ADHD, well, to say that my life had been a complete mess isn?t using too strong words, but I suppose that I am not unique in this sense.
We all have our story, and as far as I?ve understood, rarely it?s a funny one...
Since I got my diagnos I began intense psychotherapy, something that has really helped me a lot, also using tools from cognitive psychology, getting rid of amalgam, taking omega 3, practicing meditation and so on
I am interested in the accumulated experience from other people that has gone further down this path than myself. I have read some very interesting books about asperger and ADHD, which have helped me in social situations but there are some specific questions, which I hope to be able to sorten out, by becoming a member of this forum.

Thanks,

Adam
