I am new to this site. As of now, I do not have an official Autism diagnosis however I have a strong suspicion and some evidence for it. I will not be self-diagnosing nor will I identify as an autistic person, but I am going to seek a professional opinion in a few months after I am accepted into a college and have education security as it is difficult to get accepted if you have an official diagnosis in my country. Either way, I am eager to learn more about this condition.

There is a lot of discussion on various topics here.
I wasn't diagnosed until I was in my mid-fifties.
Finding this forum was great. I read and interacted with others here and was so amazed. It was like reading my life's history. So many with things in common.
Of course, we're all different, but there is a thread running through it all.
It has been a great help in understanding things about my life.
