Hi there

INFP - ASD diagnosed
Almost 28 years old, got my diagnosis exactly one year ago (yay anniversary!) after almost 10 years of getting other diagnosis and therapies (social anxiety multiple times lol). So its been a tough year of getting to know myself again. I also have a boyfriend with ASD (self diagnosed) and we are kind of figuring out how it all works together.

Love cats, games, art and other stuff. Nice to meet you all!

Hello and welcome!

I hope you enjoy your experience here and that we can be supportive to you. I hope the next year is better than the last one for you.

Welcome and nice to meet you. I was diagnosed so late in life that I missed the age when appropriate help could have made a difference. I hope your diagnosis and the knowledge it brings will empower you to be your best self.

As a teen and young adult, I too exhibited social anxiety. Fearful of judgement and expecting rejection at every turn. I did not know the bias that ASD created. I am sad that nobody thought to question my social difficulties.
