Hi there

I’m here to introduce my 9 year old daughter with autism. In our country we have lots of difficulties with the educational system, goverment funding, health system etc. For example autistic children can have 8 lessons by goverment funding so we try to increase the number of the lessons by our efforts, we have an educational system that always divide or push autistic or asperger children out of schools and system so As a single mother of 9 year old nonverbal beauty, I just want to learn the advantages or disadvantages in your countries? How is an autistic child diagnosed, then what are the steps for having a special education?what does the goverment provide for autistic children?what are the conditions for having a special education by goverment funding etc
I know I’ve asked lots of questions and sorry for that:) but I’m just a mother that try to do my best for my girl
Thank u and hi again:)

Hi Burcu :)

welcome to af.webp

Welcome! I don’t have children and was diagnosed as an adult myself, so I’m not fully aware of how diagnosis goes in my country.
