Hi, Amy. i too am self diagnosed, but the evidence is irrefutable. Figured it out late in life. But i am seeing reflections of myself in many posts here.
 
Hopefully getting diagnosed will help you have more self awareness about who you are and value your Aspergers for what it is. Hope your mental health care journey goes well.
