I am 37/M/UK/, and I was diagnosed 2 months ago, AuDHD Level 1. I've been trying to meet other people like me, and been trying to share my journey and struggles at the same time. Looking forward to getting involved!

There are a number of folks from the UK here, so you are not alone in that.
Do get used to used to us and get a sense of the site, and the folk who are around. Chip in whenever you think you have something to add or to ask.
 
Hi there, welcome! I spell like I'm from the UK but it's a Canada thing. I can say from experience that meeting people like me on this forum, and especially IRL, has been life-changing. I hope you find this place helpful.
