I am 37/M/UK/, and I was diagnosed 2 months ago, AuDHD Level 1. I've been trying to meet other people like me, and been trying to share my journey and struggles at the same time. Looking forward to getting involved!

There are a number of folks from the UK here, so you are not alone in that.
