I just created an account and this looks like the place to start so here I am. I'm horrible at these kinds of about me introduction. . . . I'm a 43 y.o. aspie woman/mom/wife and have recently discovered that I have AS. After scanning through some of the intro posts I'm excited to see so many other women here. We seem to be a bit of a minority when it comes to ASD literature/communities/reserach/etc?

I'm looking forward to participating in the discussions here!

Welcome. I am a 44 year old male/husband/father who was formally diagnoses about 6 months ago. I found this site in June and it has been a blessing to find so many other people with the same or similar issues. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns.

Hi OutsideIn, welcome to our fabulous, fantastic Aspies Central forum. I hope you'll find support as an adult Aspie here on AC. :D

Hello! Welcome to AC! There are quite a few women and girls here. I think they are finally starting to realize what a disservice women have had in terms of ASD's. They are finally starting to diagnosis people who were generally out of the age range when AS became a more well known diagnosise
