Hi,

I find autistic/ADHD content very relatable, so I decided to find the according community around the internet. Every neurodivergent fun fact blows my mind, I feel this deep understanding that I was lacking, and I become more gentle of myself by learning about it. Idk if I could call myself "self-diagnosed", but as far as my research goes - even professionalists wouldn't be able to base their diagnosis on some specific test or whatever to prove it.

Anyways... I'm in my 30s now, feel a little bit lost in life most of the time. My social life is kinda dead, although I have a partner and close family, but I feel lonely and misunderstood nevertheless, so I guess that's why I'm here. My interests are all over the place, but I could generally say: spirituality, art, games, psychology, nature...

I guess writing my whole biography here isn't necessary, maybe I'll just engage in other threads here later.
