Hello :-)

Hello all, I don't know how to introduce myself here. I am self-diagnosed. No idea how professional diagnosis is done :-/ I came to know about AS first when I was 26, and thought that it describes me perfectly! I went to therapist for couple of years for depression, but then she retired, so I don't have a therapist now. What else should I say?

Welcome to the neighborhood mywoodstock...you should find the place friendly and accepting...there are many here who share self-diagnosis...nobody judges here and there is plenty of information and help...

Ahh...someone from the City. Worked there for many years across from the BA building. Welcome to AC.

Thanks for all the welcome! You guys are great :) I haven't really logged on here for quite some time. Now I found that it has an app so it's much easier now :-D
