Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm also on another forum page but I want to reach to as many others like myself as I can since I'm alone in real life. I'm 33 years and I was diagnosed with ASD in March trying to navigate this new part of my life. I hope to make some friends here. :)

Welcome. With many things the first part/stage is the hardest. I think that can be true when you first realize you are on the spectrum. But on the other hand many things can begin to make more sense and be clearer. It takes time. As an analogy it is as if you were issued a standard tool kit, but your mechanics are metric. But once you figure out the right tools things can go a lot smoother.
