Hi everyone, I'm a 17 years old girl and I entered this forum because I'm starting to think that I might be on the spectrum.
I already had some sections with my therapist about that, but she still has doubts and think that I might only be an introvert.
However, she also said that she noticed how all that subject is torturing me (I cried in all the sections where we talked about that) and that I still have some "chance" of being neurodivergent.
Anyway, I think the rest of my process is theme for other specific questions that I'm going to post here.
I'm happy to finally have a stable place to talk about my concerns :)

Welcome. It's a friendly place here so feel free to ask questions. And there's a wealth of different people's experiences in here, I'm sure you'll find some things you can relate to.

Hey, welcome! :)

I second what @Outdated said :)
I hope you like it here! There’s lots to learn and we are very friendly, and happy to help!

Hello and welcome. I hope you find some answers here, too. Posting specific questions is a great way to go about it. Agreed with those above who noticed we are friendly and welcoming bunch. I was welcomed here not too long ago and it has been a very good experience.

Welcome!

It's good to work with professionals but sometimes the self-discovery journey is one we have to partially embark on our own - the first psychologist I reached out to ask about an assessment simply advised me to read some books.
