Hi, I'm new to the website. Due to my age, I never knew what Asperger's Syndrome was until recently. It seems to fit perfectly, and other people have brought up the possibility with me, but I haven't been tested or diagnosed.

What is the best way to find out? Is there any other possible explanation? What have other people done in a similar situation?

Hi, Welcome to our community. Its wonderful that you found us. Well you are in the USA so you might wanna try your local NAMI chapter or are you seeing a therapist might start there. You can also try to go to your general doctor for a referral. Well, welcome to this place I hope you find it warm and inviting! :)
