I've just been diagnosed with High functioning ASP (nothing I didn't suspect), with Superior IQ and under recommendation of the psych, am trying to broaden my community and fine more like minded people. What did you do as a I love to do it thing( before whats happening now )depression sounds like depression .
Definitely if you can! go outside walking just helps .
