Hiya, I'm new to this forum. I'm 23, british, high fuctioning, diagnosed at 5 years old and I'm also a male-to-female transsexual. I used to go to Reddit and follow subreddits with Aspergers/Autistic content there but the entire website is just a cancerous bore for me now, also not particularly friendly to people on the spectrum (in my experience anyway).
My parents did managed to get me diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome when I was 5 but did nothing to help me beyond that and to this today I feel like I've fallen behind a lot of people my own age. I struggle with anxiety and my social skills are lacking, to say the least, and I have no friends or anyone to really talk from day to day, not even online. No one wants to hang out with the socially stunted weirdo lol.
I guess I just want to escape to a place that isn't judgemental and rude, discuss things with people who are similar to me.
