we have been looking for a special school since November. if you happen in to be in or went too a special school how was it for you ? What for the teachers and students like how many kids in the class ? Describe it .I looked at the school called summit school and sound like a great school.

When I read the title of your thread I immediately thought of a school for special needs people. However, I think you are asking about magnet schools. Are you? I would have loved to attend a school that offered instruction in the areas that interested me most. College is something like that in that you choose a major area of study. We all have to master certain "core" subjects but it would be really nice to take advanced courses in the areas that we find especially interesting. Or, attend a school in which we could explore an area of interest without damaging our cumulative average. I am terrible at art but would like to explore some areas without having average to poor grades recorded.

No I am not talking about a magnet school I'm talking about a private special-education school
