I live in an area where a lot of cow tipping probably goes on though I've never wanted to do it myself.

No, but I once fell asleep in a field and woke up completely surrounded by heifers. Don't think I would have tipped them at that point.o_O

No doubt risky business at that point where you had to watch your every step.

They wouldn't have harmed me, they were curious about what 'it' was that was in their field. As soon as I moved they all ran away.:)

Well, admittedly I don't think anyone ever died from stepping into a cow-patty. :p

What about snipe hunting? Has anyone done that?
No, would never fall for it. Snipes are so small, there's little point in killing tiny birds. I understand it to be a joke in the boy scouts for example.

I thought cow tipping was something that only happened in movies. Don't think people do it here, for fear of a cow uprising.

@Keigan you realize that snipe hunting is primarily a joke in North America right?

A snipe hunt is a type of practical joke, in existence in North America as early as the 1840s, in which an unsuspecting newcomer is duped into trying to catch a non-existent animal called a snipe. While snipe comprise an actual family of birds, the snipe hunt is a quest for an imaginary creature whose description varies.

The target of the prank is led to an outdoor spot and given instructions for catching the snipe; these often include waiting in the dark and holding an empty bag or making noises to attract the prey. The others involved in the prank then leave the newcomer alone in the woods to discover the joke. As an American rite of passage, snipe hunting is often associated with summer camps and groups such as the Boy Scouts.

Yes, on both accounts(cows and snipes). Aspies being gullible is a trait, so it is a very valid thread! All good.
