So I was doing brain and body exercises drinking sweet tea and keeping up my hydration threw water and Gatorade over the course of two days.
Not at once but, with breaks.
I got a strange balance of mental clarity, energy, and feeling of wholeness threw out my body. Like I had achieved harmony between mind and body. It was however difficult to sleep because I had so much energy and didn’t feel tired at all. To the point I was exercising at night.

Endocannabinoids — biochemical substances similar to cannabis but naturally produced by the body are produced from exercise. Could explain the feeling of wholeness and harmony.
Adrenergic hormones can wire up the brain and make sleeping difficult.
Eventually the body will tire and need sleep. The desire to keep the good sensations coming lead to continued exercise cravings.
