I've literally never tried the CoM soup thing, but that sounds great. I need to. lol
Right. Plus one cheese that has a nice nutty flavor and melts easily is Raclette. I will put it in mac 'n cheese with truffle oil.Don't forget some Swiss Cheese to as it melts faster, gives it all a "fondue" consistency....yum.
Definitely making a low-cal version for my health challenge friend. I use laughing cow spicy cheese, with american cheese, with mozzarella sprinkled and then toasted. He will get extremely cheesy flavor with out quite as much fat. And maybe a nice bowl of soup, that l have just cheated and bought French onion soup in a can, another perfect soup with grilled cheese, just omit the bread on soup, and throw garlic croutons on top. And it's a nice 60 degrees here in Florida, omg, then back to 80 degrees.
