Myrtle Beach, S.C. (WPDE) — The Good Day Cafe hosted an event to help train individuals with autism.

Kevin Andrews owns Good Day Cafe, one of the newest additions to the Myrtle Beach superblock.

He says it was a great opportunity to help bring some positive energy to Myrtle Beach.

"We are trying to bring a positive vibe to the area and bring all members and residents of myrtle beach into the good day cafe including those with disabilities and special needs," said Andrews.

The event helped give members of the autistic community an opportunity to learn some life skills and for employment at the SOS cafe.
