Get $25 per week grocery money for seeing a dietician using your Medicaid benefits.

There is a program called "Foodsmart". It is an organization where clients do over the phone appointments once a week with a dietitian.

If you receive Medicaid (USA), you are eligible for free Foodsmart dietitian meetings. I don't know if there are states that don't do the Foodsmart program, but most do.

Every time you meet with a dietitian over the phone, you receive a $25.00 credit to Instacart to get free groceries. You can only spend it on healthy stuff. But it helps a lot.

You can let the Foodsmart Fresh Funds accrue til the end of the month, if you'd like, so you can still do big grocery runs after your SNAP benefits run out.

You can either use the benefits for delivery to your home or scheduled pickup from a grocery store.

Also, Instacart members get free Peacock Premium, so that's cool.

Instacart is only $4.99 per month if you receive SNAP (food stamp benefits). And you can use part of the Foodsmart Fresh Funds to pay for the Instacart membership.

I totally recommend it. For one person, that's $100 extra dollars per month for groceries!!
