Favourite cover versions of songs...

Carolina in the Pines, written by Michael Martin Murphey done here by Alison Brown. my favorite on the banjo, with the Indigo Girls.

This got uploaded today, and I already love it; turning a sad song into what sounds like a warrior making a declaration to their beloved before entering their final battle to go out in a blaze of glory.

3 Doors Down - "Here Without You"
(Cover by Boris Harizanov)

There are so many it's hard to choose, tbh. Recency bias has me listening to this one a lot. Lots of good metal cover channels in particular, but I really enjoy this person's approach to instrumentation.

Plenty of other kinds of covers I like, even inspired to get my own harp and try to learn from watching many others do so, but I do have a bit of a fondness for accordion covers, especially with how some like this guy can be a bit playful with them.

Lastly, it's kind of cheating and I'm not really sure arrangements might count, but I think this game and ost are just not very well known for how great they are.
