Failing UPS

Does it happen on a regular bases? Example, if it every few days, try using your computer without a UPS for a few days to see if it happens during the same pattern or not.

Check out this freeware program under "crash analysis tools" called "WhoCrashed 5.54". Which was ported for Windows XP among other OS versions. An app which was apparently designed to explain a BSOD in language more clearly understood.

Resplendence Software - Free Downloads

It's possible the UPS might be the culprit, though IMO more likely your BSOD is a software driver issue.

Anyways it might be nice to have a program like this if it can explain concisely explain what the origins of your BSOD may actually be rather than have to make educated guesses.
